My story

After graduating with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, I found myself uncertain about how to live a life in freedom and happiness. Feeling lost and discontent, I drifted through various jobs and pursued numerous psychological, esoteric, and shamanic courses and practices. Eventually, I returned to university, driven by the belief that my life's purpose lay in psychology. Upon completing my studies in Clinical Psychology, I embarked on a career in the Psychotherapy Department as a psychologist. I also began offering counseling services in private practice. While delving into Jungian psychotherapy studies, I sensed that I had finally found my true calling. Yet, my journey was far from smooth sailing. Despite my dedication to counseling, I grappled with feelings of overwhelm, sadness, loneliness, and a lack of purpose. I turned to self-help books, sought guidance from coaches and mentors, experimented with somatic practices, intensified my meditation and journaling routines, embraced running, adjusted my diet, and attempted to live a more structured life. However, I gradually realized that I was attempting to mold myself into someone I was not, conforming to the rigid confines of academic psychology while stifling my creativity. Unsurprisingly, this approach proved futile. I discovered that I was much more than a clinical psychologist—I was a monk, a yogi, a lover, a shaman, a creator, just a simple person, and a Jungian, all wrapped into one. I couldn't integrate all of my parts, but kept on chasing the only one, but not fully one. This realization inspired me to develop concise yet deliberate exercises designed to guide others on their inner journey towards their true home, their complete Self. So here I am, joining you on your journey. Nice to meet you.

About Self-Discovery Toolbox

These digital workbooks aim to help individuals who feel disconnected from themselves rediscover what they've lost, find connection, and feel seen and better understood. It's not a quick fix, nor is it effortless. But it's a journey worth taking. These exercises are influenced by narrative, Jungian, Gestalt psychology, Somatic psychotherapy, insights from my counseling experience, and more. Though not revolutionary, they provide an opportunity to uncover subtle and profound truths about yourself. Approach them with kindness and patience, as the psyche flourishes in an environment free from haste.

About exercises - why so short?

All workbooks will be designed with a pace of short-term psychotherapy - one exercise per week, each lasting approximately one hour, typically spanning over the course of one month. From my personal experience, I've learned that too much is just too much. While you can complete many exercises, each offering a beautiful experience, you may still find yourself feeling confused and stuck afterward. It's crucial to nurture your soul with gentleness and create a safe space where you can slowly explore and trust what you uncover. Bon voyage!

I believe

"Your vision will become clear only when you can look into your own heart. Who looks outside - dreams, who looks inside - awakes." (Carl Gustav Jung)
